About JYJ Consulting

I’m Julienne Y. Joseph—founder of JYJ Consulting, national speaker, and former Chief of Staff to the 18th HUD Secretary, The Honorable Marcia L. Fudge.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning state and federal government, housing finance, homeownership counseling, mortgage origination, and community development- I’ve led teams of more than 8,000 employees, managed an agency budget of nearly $73 billion, oversaw FHA’s Single Family Insurance Portfolio of 8 million loans totaling $1.2 trillion, shaped dozens of consequential national housing policies, and helped expand and preserve homeownership across the country for millions of borrowers.

Today, I use that comprehensive experience to advise mortgage companies, policymakers, trade associations, academic institutions, and mission-driven organizations–all while mentoring rising leaders, and inspiring audiences to turn purpose into progress.
